Field Projects International is an organisation that conducts scientific research and educational courses in multiple sites around the world. The primarily work in Peru studying the wild populations of primate at the Los Amigos Biological Station, while also using education as a means of bringing in resources to conserve the ecosystems that they work in.
I have spent several field seasons at the Los Amigos Biological Station(Peru) and FringeFord(India) while working for Field Projects International. During this period I have trained and lead research assistants on a variety of data collection projects, conducted multiple conservation photography workshops, lead research teams, assisted with teaching Tropical Biology and Primatology field courses, and served as a field manager for the Wildlife Handling program as well as their Disease Ecology research team. This has earned me an intimate knowledge of jungle landscape, flora, and fauna.
